This accessibility statement applies to Radformation’s website and software as a medical device (SaMD) products accessibility to users. Radformation’s website and website-based SaMD products are partially compliant with applicable accessibility requirements as required by law, and where feasible, with industry standards such as WCAG 2.1 AA. Medical Device accessibility

Radformation acknowledges some parts of its SaMD products are not fully accessible and that certain limitations may vary by configuration, environment, and third-party dependencies. The following limitations have been identified:

  • Zooming to higher percentages may result in lost functionality or visualization
  • Text spacing is not always customizable
  • Not all functionality is operable with a keyboard only
  • The location of keyboard focus and focus indicator is not visually obvious and functionality may be restricted
  • Click and drag functions do not always have a non-mouse alternative
  • Appropriate labels, tooltips, or instructions are not always provided when content requires user input
  • Error messages may not always inform the users of next steps but, whenever possible, direct users to contact Radformation Support for assistance.
