Job Brief

Radformation is seeking a self-motivated Director of Sales for our EMEA and APAC regions. As Radformation sets out to scale outside of the United States, our Director of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and growth in EMEA and APAC both direct to customers as well as through our distributor network. The Director of EMEA and APAC Sales will be responsible for recruiting and managing the Regional Account Managers in EMEA and APAC. Additionally, you will work closely with our Business Development, Marketing, and Success teams on defining our overall strategy to optimize results in this market.

  • Grow our install base and product adoption in EMEA and APAC
  • Training and support of the current distributor network
  • Manage Regional Account Managers
  • Direct sales to clients that are not covered by our distributors
  • Build the Radformation brand in EMEA and APAC through:
    • Collaboration with Marketing on strategic campaigns
    • Identifying high potential trade shows to drive new business
    • Enabling success within our distributor network
  • Identify the Radformation team growth strategy for EMEA and APAC, including but not limited to:
    • Recruiting and training Regional Account Managers
    • Defining regional sales strategy
    • Identifying regional support needs
  • Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs on market clearance activity in the EMEA and APAC markets

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related radiation oncology field.

  • Experience with RFP and procurement processes
  • Strong communication skills to work alongside other sales team members to optimize sales efforts and probability of closing
  • Understanding the radiation oncology department workflow and how the members of the team work together
  • Great problem-solving and analytical abilities to monitor sales progression and performance within Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to handle client queries and find innovative solutions for complex problems

Required Experience
  • Radiation oncology sales (5+ years)
  • Sales team management (3+ years)
  • Proficient in CRM software and analytics; preferably Salesforce
  • Clinical radiation oncology experience

Preferred Experience
  • Experience managing enterprise-level deals
  • Business to business deals
  • Regulatory process experience a plus
